In the event that you receive a defective or inaccurate product, we kindly request that you refrain from discarding the item. Should the product be discarded, we regret to inform you that Aesthetics Wholesale will be unable to issue a refund or provide a replacement. We urge you to promptly reach out to our Customer Service team for guidance on the necessary steps to take.

Please note that we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:

– Defective

– Inaccurate

Once the products have exited our distribution network, we cannot guarantee their quality or confirm that they have been stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. For the safety of our customers, any returned products cannot be resold.

We will not issue refunds or replacements unless the product is found to be defective or inaccurate.
